Event Reminders
Guests waiting to be told when a Penn State event is scheduled. When the weekly coordinator finds a match, the row turns Matched and you're emailed — then press Notify guest to send them the schedule and a booking link.

Manage Availability
Enter the last day the current tenant occupies each property (i.e. their lease end date / move-out date). The public website automatically displays the following day as the first available date.

Security Note
This dashboard uses browser session storage for authentication. The admin password hash is stored in
js/main.js (variable ADMIN_PASS_HASH). For production, consider Netlify Identity or Auth0.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Add a second step at sign-in using an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.). Even if your password is guessed or leaked, no one can sign in without the current code from your phone.

If you lose your authenticator
You'll be locked out of the dashboard until an admin clears your 2FA in Supabase (Authentication → Users → your account → remove the MFA factor). After that, sign in with your password and set it up again.
