Your Security Comes First DLZ Properties never asks for payment before a lease or booking is confirmed in writing, and we never collect your bank or card details directly on this website — payments are handled by trusted, encrypted payment providers. If you're ever unsure whether a payment request is genuine, contact us first at info@dlzproperties.com.

Payment FAQs

Are there any fees to pay my rent online?
No. Online rent payments are made by bank-to-bank (ACH) transfer through our payment portal at no cost to you. We've chosen a free option specifically so neither you nor we pay processing fees.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the date specified in your lease (typically the 1st of each month). If you set up automatic payments, your rent is sent on the date you choose each month, so you never have to remember.
How do I set up automatic monthly payments?
Use the "Pay Rent / Set Up Autopay" button above to create your secure account, link your bank, and turn on autopay. It takes just a few minutes, and you can cancel or change it anytime. If you'd like help getting set up, just reach out.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation for every payment, and you can view your full payment history in your account at any time.
Can I still pay with Zelle or Cash App?
Absolutely. Zelle and Cash App remain available — see the payment methods listed on this page. The online portal is simply an added convenience for tenants who prefer automatic payments and emailed receipts.
Is my banking information safe?
Yes. Your bank details are entered directly into the secure, encrypted payment portal — never stored on this website. We only see that your payment was received, not your account numbers.

Payment Process For security purposes, payment details and amounts are confirmed after your application is reviewed and approved. Do not send any payment until you receive written confirmation from us.

Before You Pay

Please confirm your amount and property with us before sending any payment. Include your name and the property address in the payment memo so we can apply it correctly.

New tenants: Do not send a deposit or first month's rent until you've received written confirmation from DLZ Properties.
