Our real estate journey began in late 2008 with the acquisition of a ten-story commercial office building in Red Bank, New Jersey during the beginning of the Great Recession. That experience shaped our disciplined, long-term approach to real estate ownership and management. While our focus today is primarily on residential housing, we continue to selectively pursue quality residential and commercial investment opportunities that align with our long-term objectives and standards.

As a visiting professor at Penn State, I needed a home that truly felt like home. 120 Washington Place was perfect — spacious, well maintained, and comfortable in every season. I especially enjoyed the fireplace during the winter and the deck during the warmer months. The full basement was an added bonus, and the entire rental experience was seamless and easy.
We stayed at the 2 BR, 2 Bath, Townhome for the winter sports weekend. The home was immaculate, the location was ideal, and the booking process was easy. Can't recommend enough!
